This past Sunday, Mother’s Day, I had nothing to do. My Mom’s out of town on vacation. So, with a nose full of boogers, itchy eyes, scratchy throat, and body aches probably due to the explosion of flowering trees and grasses currently upon us, common sense told me that I should stay inside. The trouble was, that I am a very early riser and I could tell from the first vibrant shades of red and orange exploding into dawn that it was going to be a gorgeous day.
