This past weekend, a very close friend of mine reminded me of my love for cars, Vespas, and bicycles and I thought Id share the following little randomness about me. And yes, I realize that statement might have surprised a few people, but I see this as a part of my love of beauty in the world I live in. It might sound strange, but one of my fondest memories as a child was driving down roads and seeing the front end of cars as they approached. I was young and barely able to see over the dashboard of my parents and my aunts cars, but when I saw the beauty of chrome either in simple or more complex designs coming toward me, I would smile from ear-to-ear. Secretly I knew Id be sitting in that kind of beauty some day. And after seeing the first old Mercedes Benz grill coming toward me, I even told my Aunt Sylvia that someday I would drive one like that. She laughed like anyone would hearing a little girl in a cute strawberry dress saying something silly like that, but then again, she had no idea I also thought she was movie star...ahhhh...the magic of childhood :-D So, heres a little glimpse at a couple of the things that have made me say, OH!!.... since I was a little girl
