This post is for any of our friends that want to lose weight… Eric & I highly recommend the book “The Fast Metabolism Diet” by Haylie Pomroy. Instead of the typical diet, her 28 day program is geared to reboot your metabolism. You eat 3 full meals and at least 2 snacks each day. Her book indicates that most people lose up to 20 pounds in those 28 days. Eric lost 20 and I lost 16. We are now 2 ½ weeks past that mark, and, even though we are not sticking as rigidly to the program now, he is at 26 and I am at 21 total pounds lost. 47 combined pounds in 6 ½ weeks! We feel so much healthier… just wanted to share it with others who may be interested!
