This post is not meant to be controversial but I will say how I feel. Most people are only mentally invested in the Zimmerman case because the races of the two people involved are different. Therefore, most of you have the "your mama" mentality about it. Meaning you can talk about your mom all day, but if someone else does then it is WWIII. Back to my original point. If both parties were the same race, would you even care about this trial? Probably not. This kind of stuff happens daily but nobody sheds light on it until there is a "race" issue. I guarantee had Zimmerman been AA or if Martin was Hispanic, and the exact same situation happened..majority of the people would move on. Sometimes you have to take a step back and remove emotion from situations. Only two people were there, and one is not able to tell his story. It is tragic and unfortunate that a young person lost their life, but again you have to take emotion out of it. At the end of the day, God is the final judge.
