This reminds me of when I worked for Macys. It was the day before we were to get a huge snow and our store manager told us that it was our obligation as a manager to make sure we get to work. At the time I lived 60 miles from the store and up on a mountain. Long story short. I drove to work the next day in a PT Cruiser with over a foot of snow and it was still coming down hard. I could barely tell what was road and what was the ditch. It took 3 hours to drive it. I left early enough to make it on time. I was so mad because another manger that lived 10 minutes away from the store couldnt make it in. Then they closed the store. However it was fun digging all the employees out of the snow to get them on their way back home.
