This restoration project has been on going since parts replacement is not easy when it comes to old war horses like this Webley Mark VI. This gun had significant pitting that had to be hand filed out with a diamond file set, then block sanded after it had been put in an anti-rust soak for several weeks. We intend to put an arsenal type rust blue finish on this gun from a 320 grit polish with an option to return it to its original .455 Eley/Webley chambering. Good work takes lots of time, but the results speak for themselves when the project is completed. This too is a work in progress that EFI will be posing updates on from time to time.
