This school year is heavy, but with the grace of God it will be conquered! 17hrs and I will fight to earn this 4.0! This fall Im taking Shakespeare, Algebra, American literature, English literature, African American literature, physical health, and freshman experience. Currently, reading Beowulf, Frederick Douglass life of a slave narratives, casa de vaca, and working on a presentation tomorrow about the Italian, German, English, and Harlem Renaissance (which I will Ace). While simultaneously being a member of the Melvin B. Tolson forensic society til the death of me #SkooSkooNation, being the facilitator for @Lyrical Therapy University shout out to the poets, and raising money for the #NeverLosePhaithTour. Being so far from home is tough, but we must work hard for the future and lifestyle we want to have in the next ten years now! I will be getting a M.F.A./ Graduate assistantship in 2 years while getting my teaching credential and searching for a doctrine program, so I may have the freedom to create art, teach at the highest to lowest level in the education system and Love/Inspire as hard as possible. My life is proof that you can strive for phenomenal after being on the bottom. I did not graduate high school, I have been placed in the system before, I have had no shelter, food, water, or lights. BUT GOD PULLED ME THROUGH & WILL FOR YOU TOO! WE CAN DO IT and WE WILL DO IT! Set your goals high, have faith, pray for everything, work for everything, and in due time your situation will transform into a blessing beyond what you can imagine. No matter how bad things get around us we must fight the good fight and be the positive force society needs during dark times. I BELIEVE we are better and can do better. I BELIEVE anything is possible with faith and good works. I BELIEVE we will make our lives heaven on earth when we decide we are ready, and you my family are ready. So, lets get it! Thank you for the Love and encouragement towards my personal success. I appreciate it so much! It motivates me to know I have beautiful souls cheering for me to do well! So lets all succeed together!
