Its a hand-crossing variation conceived for 2 manuals particularly tricky to play on piano from the urtext but is a lot of fun when the notes are re-divided between the hands in these sections highlighted. Should you find bars 1-8 tricky to play from the urtext due to the crossing hands there is a solution. Youll notice also a detail; halfway through each bar the contrary motion voice in semiquavers competes for the held quaver note - this is not an issue on 2 manuals but is on the piano. So by necessity, the quaver becomes a semiquaver. Taking both contary motion voices as alternating semiquavers with or without staccato tends to sound best on piano in my view and is only a relatively minor departure from the urtext.
