This solid wood one of a kind oval desk has all the bells and whistles! Its been hand painted in a peacock teal with metallic teal highlights around the trim and a subtle touch of antique gold throughout. The spacious 9 drawers have been covered and sealed with a French peacock pattern and antique gold studs. The outer sides have been painted and adorned with peacock feathers. The center drawer has also been lined on the inside with a gorgeous feathers pattern. The hardware is original to the piece but has been cleaned and freshened up. The leather top has been changed to a faux black leather with studs and the rear cubby sections have been washed with metallic teal and lined with the same feathers as the center drawer. The entire piece had been distressed and sealed for protection. The solid wood chair originally made by Thonet Bent wood has been hand painted pure black and distressed to reveal teal accents. The large oval mirror has been hand painted in metallic teal. Each piece compliments the other and would be fabulous as a desk or vanity with an abundance of storage space. The entire piece has been painted and sealed with products that were made in the USA, are completely non-toxic, hypo-allergenic and VOC-Free, making them 100 % safe.
