This song was posted today - on the wall of a woman who lost a child several years ago. Her story did or would break your heart. I cant imagine what she and her husband went through and the emptiness they felt. Stephanie LaCombe Petska you continue to amaze me every time I am near you or read your blogs. You have helped so many and are a true blessing!! Our friendship began when she joined our Mary Kay Unit and her story touched every one of us!!! So many people are struggling today and could just use a hug, a phone call, a smile, an act of kindness or a shoulder to cry on. Your act of kindness can change someones life.....forever!! Please consider reaching out to those in need with even a simple thought, card, email, hug or a visit - especially as the holidays approach! I wanted to share this song with Kelly Hart Vinyard, who also lost a child, Pam Knoll Payton and Carrie Dombroski Wrona who lost children at birth and Kim Wolff whose son has endured a devastating brain injury from a car accident and is fighting back everyday!! Michelle Gardeski Smith lost her brother and the list goes on.... All of these women have lived, worked in or do live in Johnsburg. All of these women are stronger than I could ever be in their situation. May God continue to bless each of you and may this song give you peace.
