The latest news from the dr.s appointment in Denver is as follows: All levels were good however red blood was slightly higher, white blood was up as well. This being said combined with a temp of 99 puts Tosh at a risk of infection and airborne bacteria. His Amune system is building since the radiation and chemo treatments and it is crucial for this system to be as strong as possible to overcome the next hurdle wich is the surgical procedure to remove the tumor and the lymph node. This procedure will be announced after the next visit to Denver on September 17th &18th. A scan will be performed on the 17th and results will be read on the 18th at this time a surgery will be scheduled 1 to 2 weeks out. In hopes of a 97% removal of the dead cancer cells.. This being said I strongly advise everyone to please keep all visits short and let Tosh get as strong as possible. Also please refrain from hugging and kissing tosh till after his surgery due to the cold and flue season! I realize this is a strong request and it applies to all who come in contact with Tosh. His life is in our hands as well as the dr.s. Lets do our part so the dr.s can do theirs!
