This time of year, as we herd all the little children back into state institutions, we are bombarded by immunization propaganda which tells us about how dangerous unvaccinated children are to the greater population. These articles are very short on logic. Here are a few thoughts: 1. How can the unvaccinated be a threat to those vaccinated if vaccinations are effective? 2. If those vaccinated are a carrier of a disease (being immune to it, themselves) wouldnt they actually be a threat to those unvaccinated? 3. If vaccinations are effective, how do the measles outbreaks occur in public school populations where vaccination is mandatory for enrollment? 4. If vaccines are safe, why did doctors and pharmaceutical companies lobby Congress for, and obtain, legal immunity from vaccine related malpractice suits? 5. If vaccines are safe, why does the federal government collect an excise tax on every vaccine sold, to fund the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Fund which compensates those who are injured or die from vaccine related complications? 6. The informed consent literature accompanying vaccines clearly details the side effects which include serious injury and death. 7. The administration of vaccines is the only non-emergency medical procedure where informed consent does not apply. Doctors do not advise of possible harm from the procedure before obtaining the patients consent and much of the legislation requires the procedure regardless of the patients consent.
