This trial Maurice Arjoon VS NBS was scheduled to continue today - TopicsExpress

This trial Maurice Arjoon VS NBS was scheduled to continue today but the judge is unavailable and will be rescheduled - again! - with the next date to be provided later. It was scheduled to start since July 2011 and due to various delays - mostly by NBSs lawyer Ashton Chase & with the judge at times (conveniently?) transferred etc In brief, it has since been CONFIRMED in court that : - Maurice Arjoon was NOT Negligent as the Board “said”; they just threw a cast net (picked reasons out of the air?) to terminate his services, the plan for which commenced in April 2007 after Arjoon requested a Private Investigator to confirm the account holders husband (Zinool Safi) received proceeds of funds from withdrawals the account holder (Bibi Khan) said she did not authorise. Eddie Luckhoo provided documented evidence that meetings were held at CIOG with the Chairman MoenMc Doom, DPP Shalimar Hack & her husband the CEO of CIOG; the Dep CEO of NBS Nizam Mohamed, Zinool Safi (others from CIOG later included where it was decided to use that opportunity to take over the NBS by wrongfully charging the CEO & 2 Managers (instead of the perpetrators); then meetings held at Freedom House (to sanction??). Mr Luckhoo even asked in court if CIOG was a branch of the NBS! Under comments below we state in brief what emanated from the trial so far but given that they have already said they will continue to delay the matter, we will also intensify our efforts, including utilizing the option of picketing In the interim we ask those who have not done to please take a minute to sign the petition below - End the Blatant Abuse of Power! - (the goal is 1,000 to take to UN & other Human Rights org) to help to end this evil injustice. just: 1. click on the link below & read the petition 2. click on sign the petition 3. insert name 4.insert email address(does not show on petition) 5.
