This video posted before I could finish the tag so I had to delete and repost. Ustrasana is one of the most healing backbends of the yoga practice. Staying in it for a long time builds strength and flexibility. If your back feels good experiment with taking your hands in prayer and then extending overhead, all the while lifting your spine upwards and sending your hips forward. Filmed by @elena_pinto
