I have several friends with that business and these people are hurting and need time to mourn and process! When my friend who is a Lia Sophia rep called me and told me 3 other reps from my company tried to recruit her today I was appalled that anyone would stoop to that level! Leave them be and let them mourn this loss and process everything! They deserve to be respected and if they do decide to join a new business let them make that decision on there own! Be there for them by being a friend, not a Shark!
