This was a Land Contract gone bad in my family. After being in homes for 25 years I have never seen one this bad. This was my late grandparents home that could have been in better homes and gardens. It was so neat and clean the yard was like carpet. These pigs begged me not to evict them. They wanted to stay in this hell. Ultimately they win. Its not worth repairing. According to neighbors they had no electricity for 2 years and ran a generator in out building. Sickens me. Theres a special place in hell for these folks
