This was a great kick off for us! A full house of really excited people. We heard many weight loss stories from people who have lost anywhere from 75 to 100 lbs in a short period of time. I myself, while I dont own a scale, have just lost my 4th notch on my belt! The weight loss though was a bonus for me. I wanted Velocity for the energy. Coffee doent do it for me anymore and I burned out long ago on Red Bull and energy drinks when I was in the transport business. The crash afterward was horrible! My current days at work would draaaaaagg by. I live 4 blocks from beautiful Ventura beach and pier and was always too tired to go down there. Now, thanks to Velocity, my work day flys by!
