This weekend is Bills birthday so I decided to surprise him and go to Waco. I got here at about 2:00 pm and was waiting for him to call me which he did about 4:15 pm but he was a half hour away from our house in Conroe! Turns out he wanted to surprise me by coming home. Since I was dropped off and dont have a car, poor thing had to turn around and drive back to Waco, lol!!!! We just started laughing. Oh well, best laid plans..... Anyway, I am doing good. Still have one stubborn drain that Im hoping to have removed Monday afternoon, after first having a root canal on a tooth that has been bothering me since before my surgery. After that I should be starting radiation. It is only Monday through Friday, so that will extend it through the middle of November. Also I was in a bad cycle of not getting any sleep at night so my doctor gave me a sleep-aid prescription for one week. She also said I can start sleeping on my right side now and then a week after the drain is removed I can sleep on my other side. Halleljah! Hopefully this will get my normal sleep cycle back. I have been feeling lots better and anxious to start doing things for myself again, but doc said not yet, boo! So I am still in wait mode which is very hard for me. Prayers for patient endurance and healing so I can get busy packing up the house and cleaning it so we can put it on the market, are greatly appreciated. Still dont know where we will be yet but we are leaving that in Gods hands. May you find something to laugh about ( even if it is at yourself, lol) and may hope spring eternal in your hearts as you learn to trust God more with each passing day.
