This weekend is going to be amazing I think. I am sure to finish the final pumpkin! Then Hopefully the Yoshi hat. Geoff and I plan on cleaning out the garage Friday eve to make room for the Chest freezer which Geoff and his brother ore getting on Sat. By wed I expect it to be cold enough to start looking for Meat sales and freezer bags from Costco! At some point during the day I am making Amazake! Ooooh Buddy! It is a very at home thing, but very needed for everyone. Another interesting turn of events. I hate to sound like that skit from Portlandia where the couple had to find out where their meat was coming from, and ended up in a cult. BUT. We watched a documentary on Sushi. We decided that we are only eating farmed fish as we are literally depleting our eco system in the ocean. The only other sushi we are eating are non meat rolls. We have found that the salmon at Costco are farmed, so it looks like the seafood we eat will be there. Goodbye fish and chips. Unless I batter them, I will miss you!
