This weekend we have been busy in the 10 Fitch kitchen! Sue worked on assembling our guest thank you gifts while Mom made 2 double batches of pumpkin pudding, and I poached a dozen pears and made a raspberry syrup to serve with them, made 4 quiches, and two double batches of pumpkin fudge. Oh my, this fudge is sooooooo good! If you come to 10 Fitch between now and Thanksgiving you will get to enjoy some!
