When only the best will do!.... ok . so you all know by now that i am a Big Steak Lover... and there are a lot of great steak houses around the city.... but... lets say you are here for the super bowl... and have a cravin for beef but not looking for a big expensive steak dinner. So... how about a nice big fat juicy Hamburger?. Manhattan has at least two dozen restaurants with really good burgers... but for me... i only look for the best!!!.. there is only one BEST!!!!!!!.. ok, so i have found that (and it stands to reason) if you want the best burger you need to go to a steak house..lets face it.. they deal in tons of beef every week...and its fresh. My pick...The Hamburger at Smith & Wollensky Grill 49th st & 3rd ave.. NYC. This is the smaller more intimate restaurant ( table cloths) attached to the big restaurant.. that few people know about..,.. $18.00 will get you the BEST prime beef burger.. 2 steak fries and tomato and onion. **** 4 stars...
