This weeks exercise....... CURL UPS -Lie flat on your back, arms straight down and palms down. -Bring your knees up and engage your core (try to make your naval touch your spine) -As you engage your core curl up (almost like a sit up) until your fingertips come to about knee length (In a slow motion, you should feel it in your abs) and then back down. - Start with 20 of these. Part II - Still laying flat put your knees down and put both arms over your head (you should be 1 long figure) - Put your right hand in the palm of your lft hand - Engage your core and as you bring your hands over your head bring up your rt leg to meet your hands (dont try to touch, just bring them together) then slowly back down. - 10 reps Part III - Repeat pt II on the left side - 10 reps Part IV V-Ups - Lying in the same position bring your hands overhead to meet both legs in a V shape, bring your hands toward the middle (almost like your slicing yourself in half) - These are challenging but give me 10 reps That completes your 50 rep AB challenge
