At the teen stage now, still very tender but big enough to hold up to braising and stir fry. Kale is a Superfood! 1/4# - $2.50; 1/2# - $5.00. Braising Greens - 2 bunches (approx 3/4 - 1#) $4.00 - cooks down a bit, so a pound is good for 2-3 people. These go well in just about anything, even eggs! Stir Fry/Braising Mix - braising greens, kale and baby pac choi (1.5 #) - $6.00. The greens and kale will cook down, add the pac choi near the end and it will stay tender-crisp. Lettuce Mix w/Arugula - 1/4# - $2.50 Just the Arugula - peppery and tender - for all you argula lovers! 1/4#, $3.00. Farmstead Feta is back! $10 / lb, $5 / 1/2 lb, sold in glass mason jars.
