This whole holding personal information thing is wrong. A - TopicsExpress

This whole holding personal information thing is wrong. A corporation such as Virgin trains for instance wont give you a piece of paper that shows any information they have about you unless you give them £10 each time. I dunno about you but in my understanding of whats Lawful as well as legal says that this is unlawful. Its blackmail or bribery. And yet its legal, the British legal system allow it, which means the legal system is aiding and abetting a multi billion pound corporation in bribery on the little man. To say its legal when its not is a fraudulent claim. On top of that, if you accept that and hand over money then you are actually also aiding and abetting a crime such as bribery. Why should I have to commit a crime just so I can have my own information?
