The death remains "under investigation" 18 months on by British police, and the Irish authorities do not appear to have any great sense of urgency either. This is the context in which women in the 21st century in Ireland live and die. Please stop and think quietly and compassionately about this story, whether you are pro choice or pro life. There is no moral high ground here. There is only loss and grief and a husband waiting for answers. How many more of these cases are there?
