This woman is a glutton for punishment. Diana Butto, is a complete idiot. Last week on CNN on Jake Trapper, she said it would be reprehensible if Hamas was encouraging civilians to act as human shields. Then Jake Trapper handed it to her and told her about the clips playing all over of their spokesman doing just that on Egyptian TV, to which she replied that she had not seen the clips. Yesterday, this idiot, got her ass handed to her again by Hillel Neuer of UN Watch in the clip below. She still refused to believe that Hamas would call for the use of human shields, instead saying Israel has been doing it. She doesnt even work for the PLO anymore (as she admits in the clip), and then refused to acknowledge a direct quote from the Palestinian Ambassador to the UN, where he admitted that allegations of war crimes against his own people are far worse than the ones against Israel. To really underscore how unbelievably dumb she is, when backed into a corner, she goes into a complete and utterly uninformed tirade about how Israel is anti women, anti gay, anti free speech?????? Hillel can barely hold himself back as he points out that there is a gay pride parade in Tel Aviv every year. Anti women? She should be ashamed of herself. Israel had a woman prime minister long before most other Western countries, and she is still revered as the grandmother of the nation. Anti free-speech? Israel, the only democracy in the middle east with a vibrant journalism sector, consisting of both right and left and everyone in between. Israelis are good at telling each other sternly exactly what they think of them and arguing about it, and then moving on. Its at the very essense of their nickname for a person born and raised in the country - a SABRA - aka - a prickly pear. In other words, hard and prickly on the outside, but sweet on the inside. This Diana Buttu is an irrelevent tool. Im happy to listen to legitimate members of the PA and any gripes they may have about Israel as long as they are fact based and constructive. But the news media has got to stop giving this monkey a mic, unless they are just in it for the circus. Share it.
