This year I am giving a gift to my mom and Josh that is from the heart. They cook every dinner when we get together. So..I am making Christmas dinner(never have done a whole big meal before for 10 people). I planned, found recipes, grocery shopped and have done some prep work. If all goes well we will have a beef tenderloin, potatoe casserole, green beans and bacon, and pistachio fudge torte. If it doesnt go well we will be having frozen Jacks pizzas for dinner. :). Pray for me;). Hehe.
