Thoroughly enjoyed Noah. While there are a few changes from the original text, as expected, I thought Aronofsky did a great job of capturing the essence of, and staying respectful to the story. I loved how Noah was a lover of the Creator and creation, and the toll it took on him as he watched it be destroyed, and the idea that it was his task to save the animals, and humanity. This film is a piece of art, and we need to look at it that way, and be able to accept it for what it is, and what it is is a beautiful story, beautifully executed. Nothing more, nothing less.
