Those who are doing outreach and enrolling people in our public programs are getting less than half of the compensation that organizations will get for enrolling people in private coverage. (Well, excuse me but….don’t public employees who enroll the poor in Mnsure/Medical Assistance already get paid (UNION wages!!) for doing so?) MNsure will pay consumer assistance partners $70 for each person enrolled in a COMMERCIAL health plan. But for people whose income is so low that they cannot afford to pay for health insurance and must rely on Medicaid, MNsure will pay just $25. That difference is prompting complaints that MNsure is treating lower-income Medicaid enrollees like second-class citizens. (Oh please………give your liberal bleeding heart a break) Doing so is unfair to the organizations that help them and the potential Medicaid enrollees, said Sarah Greenfield, Health Care program manager of TakeAction MN, a coalition of unions and other advocacy organizations. (Okay, I get it that this person represents UNIONS but HOW does the $25 payment hurt potential Medicaid enrollees?? Do they also get paid that $25 just for accepting FREE medical assistance??) Low-income applicants for health care typically work several part-time jobs. (Bull****. Where is the proof of that?) Those who lack stable housing move frequently. Some have difficulty navigating the health care system because they do not speak English well. (Probably because the majority of them are here ILLEGALLY) It typically costs a program between $250 and $300 to successfully enroll qualified people in Medicaid. (Your hard earned tax dollars already at work trying to give away free medical care and now they want even more??) God Bless America and keep her free from tyrants and crooks whose only agenda is to buy votes for the furtherance of their political careers. If enough of us complain publicly, maybe someone will run for the political offices that actually CARES about America and her CITIZENS.
