I used to automatically classify ALL talk about negative things as negative talk and if I was exposing abuse, I believed myself to be ‘critical’. Critical in my belief system was a very bad thing to be, so I didn’t want to be that. Today I realize that not all truth is warm and fuzzy but the truth is the only path to freedom! Darlene Ouimet
