If you actually thought that doing hundreds upon hundreds of cardio will give you a lean...curvy and tight body...not forgetting to mention, a full and wholesome too ass...WOMAN...you are 500% wrong! Epu Sipocz has weight-trained her body into this state of perfection. Most women perform too much cardio and if they lift weights...many do not lift HEAVY ENOUGH to catalyse any positive effect on their body.
