Though I still enjoy a rational and exciting debate of current issues, wow do I not miss politics one iota. If you believe otherwise, youve formed your opinion based on what you want to believe, not on who I am. Today I spoke with two different people: one a business owner, the other a non-profit manager. Both were kind, offered to be helpful, shared stories and smiles. Neither asked for my allegiance, and neither expect anything other than presenting my best self, and my best efforts. Most of all, neither of these two awesome people will ever try to crush my existence for doing my job well. In fact, theyre likely to ask me to do it again, and again, and again.
