Though the term “LAYLAH “provides the sense of dark at different places in Quran, the compound word “LAILH AL-QADRA 97/1” ,“LAILAH AL-MUBARIKAH 44/3”, “ARBAA’EINA LAILAH 7/142, 2/51” provides the sense of positive period. Other compound words providing the negative sense of the period are:- “SALASEENA LAILAH 7/114” or “SALASA LAYALIN 19/10” or “SABAA’ LAYALIN69/7” 1) إIndeed We أَنْزَلْنَاهُ revealed in the period of الْقَدْرِ ( a period where the divine commandments are replacing darkness with fair DAWN, where principle values, are creating balance in the society and no oppression or plunder. the period of implementation of values, principles) 2) And what can make you comprehend this period of الْقَدْرِ (values, principles) 3) This period of الْقَدْرِ ( values, principles) is better than the loving period famous/known (to you) 4)In this period the الْمَلَائِكَةُ (Malaika, state officials) and الرُّوحُ (The divine message, knowledge) use to deputed by the إِذْنِ [authority ,(through due process)] of their RAB,to perform all the orders (5) It is peace till its effect is widely spread مَطْلَعِ الْفَجْرِ
