Thought I had best post an update on dad. He is still in hospital and will probably be there for some time. At the moment he is in the neurology ward but they are going to move him to the rehabilitation ward as soon as there is a bed available. His speech hasnt improved much at this stage and he is still finding it difficult to get words out, although last night he came out with Ive got a bugger of a headache. The doctors have advised today that there is a chance he will be sent back to Adelaide to have an operation to clean out his left caratod artery but I wont find out more of this until later in the week . As you can imagine he is very frustrated with his inability to talk, because he certainly loves a chat. The kids told home tonight that they needed to play charades with him and that brought a smile from him. Not much else to report on at this stage
