Thought I would just stick a little update on the feed. While Dads surgery went well, he is having a struggle today. Hey tried to bring him out from under sedation this A.M., but apparently with the trach, he feels like he is suffocating and he becomes combative. Cancer had invaded more areas than previously thought as well, so he has had a large amount of tissue removed from areas surrounding his jaw. The next few days are will be a critical period for him, so if youve a desire to pray, please pray that 1. he can be calmer as they try to bring him out of sedation, 2. That his organs continue to function properly, 3. That he begins a rapid healing process, 4. That my mom is bathed in peace and grace and endurance. Good thing we dont trust in chariots or horses!
