Thought for Today: Recently saw a commercial about the uses of a cell phone which showed multiple uses of a smart phone and at the end the message was.... You are more powerful than you think? Watched a video with Sean Combs (P-Diddy) getting a honorary doctrinal degree from Howard University after 26 years. The theme of his acceptance speech was Do you know how powerful you are? Working for years in the community, training and developing leadership, I would meet hundreds of so called ordinary people who would do extraordinary things. I would constantly remind them You are more powerful than you think. As we move forward, keep in mind, you have the power to change things, you have the power to challenge things, you have power to question; you have the power to create your own future. After years of empowerment, its time for the team to use their inherent knowledge, strength, leadership and courage. You got the power!
