Thought of the morning: In my quest to get squats, deadlifts, and presses to supplant walking 30 min a day as the standard exercise advice given in the health care setting, it seems rather obvious that if more doctors/future doctors were exposed to the barbell exercises that their recommendation in practice would grow rapidly. The next logical step in my mind is an EVMS Barbell Club. If more docs train, their patients will make more gainzZz. Science.
