Three years ago today Marius and I were rushing to the hospital at 1 in the morning after an evening of cooking out, volleyball, swimming and movies. The house was quiet, smelt like vanilla candles and was exceptionally magazine clean. At 2:16pm, our little baby was born, 7 pounds 12 ounces a head full of dark wavy hair and eyelashes for days. Today, that little peanut turns 3. She can now jump, roll, tumble, climb, free fall onto the couch from the banister, make forts that take up her entire bedroom, count to 25, sing the words to many songs and those eyelashes are even more jaw dropping today. :) She likes helping mommy clean, shop, plant flowers and fill water balloons and she helps daddy run errands, fix his motorcycle and play on the playground. She makes both of our lives simply, better. She is a wonderful big sister, brave and protective and loud. Lol I cant believe its been three years already since we started this family. Ive learned a lot- specifically that a house where there may or may not be playdough in the carpet marker on the bedroom wall and Disney radio on Pandora blasting with a toddler getting excited about every song that comes out next, is WAY nicer than I would have thought lol I love this :) HAPPY BIRTHDAY STELLA!
