Throughout human history, countless men and women attempted to cull/eliminate the human urge to improve itself only to be met with failure. Not because they were incompetent, but because it is impossible to fighting against our most basic urges. It didnt stop scientists like Leonardo da Vinci from preforming human dissection away from the prying eyes of the Roman Catholic Church and its certainly not going to stop now because of some legislation.
