Throwback Thursday... My favorite rock band, Chicago took a stab at disco in the late 70s with a song called Street Player. The song found a new audience when it sampled a couple of years ago. So much so that the band now plays it again during their live shows. What a lot of people may not know is that Chicagos version is actually a cover. It was originally recorded by Rufus & Chaka Khan. It was also co - written by Chicagos original drummer, Danny Seraphine and Rufus keyboardist, David Hawk Wolinski.
