Did you know you can do it at home now?! And it just happens to come with this awesome move - The PiYo Kick Through! ____________________ Add it into your weekend workout for a quick total body, muscle sculpting move! ____________________ Instructions: *-Begin in a position with all 4s on the floor, hands directly under shoulders, toes planted, core engaged with a flat back & head in a neutral position. *-Start by lifting your knees off the floor and holding for 10 seconds *-Once youre comfortable with this, then you can begin to rotate to the right, lifting the right hand and shifting your weight back into your feet, as if you want to almost sit on your opposite hip, keeping core engaged the whole time *-Return to the center position with knees still lifted *-Repeat the rotation to the left side *-Once youre comfortable with this part, continue with your rotations to the right and left, but add the kick through of the opposite leg - for example if rotating to the right, you will kick through the left leg as you lift the right hand {keep foot flexed} and extend the leg as far as you can *-Dont forget about the core! *-Start low with the kick throughs and as you progress, try to lift the leg a little higher ____________________ Goal ----->> Aim for 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps on each side! I love using my own bodyweight to sculpt long, lean muscles! ____________________ Dont forget to tag your fitness friends who would love PiYo & love trying something new!
