He is a fully qualified Diploma Holder in Engineering Science at Institute of Engineering Technology Katunayake and Quantity Surveying from City & Guilds (London). Mr. Indaka has renovated two class room blocks with infrastructure facilities spending nearly 6.0 million and converted them into two modern Computer Labs to house 100 computers which were donated by HE President Mahinda Rajapaksa who is a distinguished Old Boy of Thurstan College. He renders his expertise knowledge as a Director of the Major Constructors of Sri Lanka and a Member of the National Construction Association of Sri Lanka (NCASL), Regional Council Member (Western Region) of the Ceylon Institute of Builders and a member of the Chamber of Construction Industry, Sri Lanka with a broad visionary scope. Mr. Indaka also serves on the District Governors Programme Coordinator of International Association of Lions Club at District 306 C‐2 which earns him prestigious international exposure. He steers the company as the Chairman and the Managing Director which has gained reputation as an elite and pioneering construction firm with ISO 9001‐2000 certification strengthened with the highest graded construction contractor status Category One (C1), awarded by Institute of Construction Training and Development (ICTAD). The company specialized in designing and constructing of multistoried buildings, highways, bridges and water retaining structures and development of infrastructure facilities in Sri Lanka. His company has been selected for constructing the Rs. 1.0 billion value land mark bridge across Kelani River.
