Tiger Moth Wall Art, some months ago we were lucky enough to obtain all the nose metalwork from a rather special Tiger Moth, we took away the nose bowl & broken propeller at the time and collected the cowlings this weekend. All these items will go to make two pieces of wall art each showing the Moths nose in profile. What makes these components so special, well they are from one of only four Moths that landed and took off an aircraft carrier, HMS Eagle in 1967. The parts are available now as this Moth suffered an accident a few years back and replacement parts have been fitted. One display is going to the owner who donated the parts while the other is for sale here.
