Time for Friday at 5, with Lorrie... So, youve got your meals all figured out. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are a snap - but what about the hours in between? To get enough calories to support your body throughout the day, eating often is important. I like to see people from our Quest group eat every 3 hours from an early breakfast through the dinner hour. Doing that on a daily basis can be difficult when you have a busy life or a demanding schedule, especially if youre not prepared. Remember when they told us that eating between meals was a bad thing? Well, that notion is long gone. Between meal snacks are a very effective way to keep your body and mind going strong.
