Time for a bedtime story. This is a story that made me know better. Many years ago as a preteen, I watched a lot of The Simpsons every night at 5pm to 6pm. The episode I watched was when Bart Simpson cheated his way to a special school for gifted children. Bart and the Simpson family played scrabble, and his sister Lisa reminded Bart about the Intelligence test the next day. One day in Mrs. Krabbapels class, Martin Prince got on Barts nerves for squealing off to the teacher because Bart has a bad habit for not keeping his eyes on his own paper work. The teacher called the test to begin until pencils down. Bart spoke out loud on problem number 1 yet Mrs. Krabbapel told Bart to visualize the test. Bart visualize the problem inside a train of business suits. Both trains crash and Bart transitioned back to reality. The teacher reminded the class they have 20 minutes until down. Martin finished his test first allowed Bart to swap tests and put his name on Martins finished test. Therefore putting Martins name on Bart test. Later day, Homer and Marge were called to the principals office just to discuss some impressive matters. Homer on the other hand thought it was more trouble coming from Bart let alone the vandalism on school grounds. Bart was eager to be at another school so he said Sign me up, doc! Next morning, Bart has got ready for his first day of being at a new school. The new teacher, namely Ms. Milan, introduced herself to Bart and take a brief tour of the classroom. Over the few days, Bart knows he doesnt belong in the gifted school for children after having an accident in chemistry. He wrote a full on confession by Bart Simpson himself saying, I am a regular dumb kid period. I cheated on the intelligence test period. One night he told the family what happened at school today. Homer thought itd be a fine idea to bathe Bart outside with some Turpentine. Bart confessed to Homer that he isnt a genius and cheated on his Intelligence Test. Homer got mad and chased Bart up to his bedroom leaving Homer banging Barts Bedroom door. In conclusion, I learned something from that episode. Cheating gets people nowhere. And I already knew long ago what not to do in ever in real life. The end
