Time has flown by in the Myers home. Lydia leaves for the Miss Mississippi Outstanding Teen Pageant this coming Sunday, June 1. This year has been incredible. I have watched Lyd grow into an amazing young woman sharing her platform, book, and testimony with so many. The past four years of pageant competition has been a win/win for her. Whether she wins the state crown or not, she has already won in her life. Her talent, communication skills, compassion, knowledge, confidence, and etc. have grown tremendously. I credit God and the MMOT program for this. Through the pageant, she has made friends from all over the state of Mississippi that will last a lifetime. Im anxious to see what our Heavenly Father has in store for her in her life. His plans are her desire. Im blessed, humbled, and thankful to be her dad.......
