Titan group of companies is seeking motivated individuals to fill the following position:- Chief Finance 0fficer Department: Finance Report To: Managing Director Primary Responsibilities: • Oversee the overall budgeting preparation and management thereof • Preparation of management accounts beginning of every month • Review all financial data for accuracy, correctness and completeness • Monitor and manage all expenses within allocated budgets • Ensure the finance team follows company policies and regulations • Ensure the group follows company policies and regulations • Ensure efficiency within the group cash flows • Develop standard procedures to improve efficiency of finance operations • Reconcile bank accounts, debtors and creditors activities • Prepare various regular reconciliations for each organisation. • Generate financial reports to assist in the annual audits • Liaise with HR Manager to ensure payrolls are prepared accurately and timely • Prepare daily updated reports for bank balances, sales and any other as needed by the Director • Monthly stock takes where applicable • Bring to the MDs attention any events which will affect the group adversely • Perform any other duties as instructed from time to time • Word processing, excel, power point • Databases • Quick books/sage/tally Person Specifications Academic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business or related field Professional Qualifications • CPA – K / ACCA Experience: • 4 years experience relevant experience.
