Tithing is on my heart today for some reason. Some Pastors dont preach on this topic, cause, they dont want to scare off their congregation. Im glad my Pastor Spencer Dunlap, touches on the subject & he also tithes on his personal income. Some Members, wont tithe cause they dont agree where their money is going. So, heres my .2 cents worth on the subject: (1) Its mentioned in the Bible, so Jesus cared enough about it, so we should do as instructed & give. (2) Pastors should have sermons on it, they are there to teach us Gods word. (3) The Bible doesnt say Members Tithe only if you approve of how your Church disperses it it says in, -2 Corinthians 9:7- You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And dont give reluctantly or in response to pressure. For God loves a person who gives cheerfully. Happy Saturday Friends!!
