When Thomas Oscar, our gracious CEO, presented his ten year plan and overall vision for the company I could have almost exploded with pride. I wont fumble, forget or be distracted. I will do what needs to be done and I will do it with courage and strong-will - more qualities that I struggle to find within myself, but that Im sure will appear. And I promise to have fun.
