To My Meat and Egg Eating Friends: Please, please, find a local farmer who practices compassion, not cruelty, to buy your eggs and chicken meat from. These creatures are sensitive and feeling beings. The monetary cost may be more but I guarantee that you will notice that the eggs and the meat ( so Ive heard) taste better and they are also better for you: fresher tasting, no added yuckiness, more nutrients. You will be doing your body a favor and your mind, knowing that these birdies have been treated with love and kindness. Dont let the free range or cage free on the box fool you.....you need to buy local and know your farmer!! If you need help finding someone local, let me know, Id be happy to help. I love my chickens and my heart breaks for the ones that dont know love and kindness while they are on this earth.
